Notes: |
Slightly over an inch of rain (1.03”) fell in about 30 minutes, from 6:15 to 6:45 pm, as the southeastern corner of Stafford County got clipped by a “left-mover” that crept up from Caroline County. There is some ponding of water but does not appear to be any flooding of note. Radar shows more storms moving in, so vulnerability to flash flooding could be higher if heavy rain returns. Winds during the event started from a more southerly direction but later flipped to northerly as rain wound down. |
