Condition is between near normal and mildly dry. The 0.35” of rain yesterday was ample enough to prevent this area from slipping into mildly dry.   The lawns are moderately green.  The soil surface is beginning to become a little  dry; but the moisture is still ample at greater depths.   Stream flow is below normal.  Pond level near normal. If we do not get a significant rainfall event in 3 days, a intermin condition monitoring report will be issued on Wednesday July 6, 2022 to change the condition to mildly dry.   The trees are still doing well.  The grass growth is beginning to slow considerably and still is moderately green with a trace of brownness in a few areas.  No need to revise condition monitoring report on Wednesday.  Condition is now near normal on 7/6/2022 had 2 significant rain events the last 3 days.  Grass growing again.
