Condition Monitoring Report
Station Number: FL-BY-24
Station Name: Panama City 1.9 SE
Report Date: 7/3/2022
Submitted: 7/03/2022 7:55 AM
Scale Bar: Mildly Wet
Description:
3.87 inches of rain fell over 5 of 7 days. The periods of rain spanned only a few hours each day and usually was followed by sunshine and milder than normal temperatures. Being our city is a major destination for summer vacationing, this 4th of July weekend is no exception to that rule. The beaches are packed with folks who are mentally escaping the reality of a declining economy and a lull in the covid pandemic. The public seems more than willing to spend their last "hurrah" this summer. Thanks for the economy train-wreck Mr. Biden and Vladimir Putin. Despite climate change fears, our weather is typical for this time of year. I am 65 years old and the weather today is exactly as I remember it to be as a child. Fear is killing people not the climate! Vegetation is full and lush.
