Conditions have changed to mildly dry.  We have had lower humidity and less rain in the last two weeks.  Temperatures have risen to above "average" over the last several days with a return to "average" into next week.  Plants are leafing out and birds, rabbits and deer are active. People are cleaning and preparing their gardens in our neighborhood for spring and summer.
