Surface Soils are bone dry and hard after a month of no Rain & often Windy Conditions, No Rain expected until end of this week and only a slight chance...We had mini droughts in August and September and now thru nearly the entire month of October..Grass is browning, Shrubs are stressed, some are browning, many trees are dropping crunchy dried up leaves, Birds are scarce..yard work causes excessive amounts of dust to become airborn..Fire Risk is very High...Allergies are still severe.
