An early Winter Storm came through Wed night/Halloween day dropping a mix of Rain, Sleet & Snow. I measured 1.2" of snow and a 2-day total of 1.74" Precipitation at my station. Some areas just NW received up to 4+" of Snow, which of course, lead to numerous traffic incidents of the raodwasy. The initial Rain mostly started to run off, but the wet Snow showed some seepage into the ground. Smaller vegetation and shrubs to a little beating. Most trees are now completely bare and the grass has surely gone dormant. Forecast: Rain Showers to start and end the week, with Mostly Sunny skies in between. Temps mid 30's to mid 50's.
