Our rain gauge read mostly zero for the entire month of October. Compared to normal, we are at a total of 5.02 in. below normal for the combined totals of July, August, September, and October. We mowed once recently. Water level in ditches still low. The Autumn Leaves seemed to dry up more quickly and fall off rather suddenly, especially when we had the high winds. The lawn is a mixture of green and brown. We still are not seeing the wildlife we usually see on our property.
