Cool, cloudy and mostly dry this week.  Moisture levels are somewhat higher than normal.  Water supplies and water storage are adequate.  Garden plants, agriculture and wildlife have cold temperatures concerns but not water.  Energy usage continues to rise with winter storm warnings in effect.
