Wind the last 5 days. Some blowing dirt. Grass is green but not growing much. Weeds taking off though. A few wild flowers around. Cool enough to not break out the cooling unit. Won't be long though. Most ranchers still having to feed hay to get by. Small grasshoppers starting to emerge. Was hoping the lack of foliage would deter them this year. Arkansas River still high north of Rocky Ford.
