More precipitation the past week totaled 0.98" across four days which really helped the soil moisture content.  Temps were seasonal although I have noticed a dearth of spring winds.  The trees are really blooming now and the boreal forest is greening up quite nicely.  Still no moose observed although the wild birds are definitely around and I've heard loons on Question Lake most mornings.  Almost all the ice on bodies of water has disappeared as the surroundings prepare for for the approaching summer.
