Not quite ¼ inch of rain this did little to help the dry conditions.  Sunny lawns are showing signs of distress as are a few shallow rooted nuisance plants.  Nearly all local streams are flowing below  normal and some are even dried up.  With the exception of fox and coyote wildlife is abundant and normal.  We have had periods of very warm and humid temperatures between periods of normal ones.  Water restrictions are year round here but some may have been upgraded a level recently.  I think my town is at Level 2 now.
