Notes: Hail was very soft. Could be called graupel. It stayed intact when hitting grass or soft dirt, but splattered when it hit a hard surface. A lot of hail fell in 4 minutes and covered the ground. 0.18 inches of moisture accumulated in the rain guage during 5 minutes of hail and the rain that followed.
