It was impossible to count the hail indentions on the pad. The hail was more severe north of our weather station. Our farm is a mile long, the gauge is by the house and crops north. The farther north there was more damage to the pinto beans and corn. Even though the hail pad shows much hail the ground was never white and the hail melted quickly from the heavy rain. The time the hail fell was off and on for more than an hour. \ |
